Workshop: “Transition in Rare Diseases – A European approach towards minimal criteria in healthcare continuity”
We are pleased to share that the Transition in Rare Diseases Workshop will take place in Ghent on 27-28 February 2026. This workshop will adopt a European perspective on defining minimal criteria for healthcare continuity in rare diseases. The event will bring together representatives from all European Reference Networks (ERNs), alongside other key stakeholders, to strengthen collaboration and improve continuity of care for individuals with rare diseases across Europe. While participation is limited to nominated representatives from each ERN, we look forward to sharing the outcomes and insights from this important meeting in future updates.
