And we are a country with a high shortage of doctors, low financing of healthcare.

It’very hard to change mentalities…. although i know that in the past we used to have nurses for primary care…. i don’t know what happened in the meantime.

We have developed team guidelines to allocate patients’ care, in acute or chronic situations, to nurses, increasing responsiveness, accesibility and citizens’ satisfaction.
