At EHMA, we are proud to release our latest policy report on infant RSV prophylaxis, providing the first cross-country evidence on the operational and workforce impacts of introducing long-acting monoclonal antibodies. Our findings show that early adoption can meaningfully reduce seasonal pressures on hospitals, improve patient flow, and support staff wellbeing, all without increasing personnel requirements. The report highlights that while health systems are largely ready for technical integration, sustained and equitable uptake also depends on effective public engagement.
