Persistent workforce shortages,\u00a0 maldistribution, and inequities continue to strain health systems, while health professionals\u00a0 grapple with rising levels of stress, burnout, and workplace violence.<\/p>\n<p>This mid-term conference seeks to catalyze innovative research, policy discussions, and\u00a0 practical solutions to address these critical issues. Key focus areas include strategies to\u00a0 manage workforce migration, enhance mental health and well-being, promote inclusion,\u00a0 and address recruitment and retention challenges.
