The first collaboration on the matter began\u00a0in 2012 with the Momentum project and concluded with the identification of 18 critical success factors and the development of a collaborative assessment methodology.<\/p>\n<p>Today, both organisations are pleased to present this\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/ehma.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/08\/EHTEL-EHMA-Webinar-on-SCIROCCO_pdfFinal.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">webinar<\/a>\u00a0to their respective members. Over one hour, the\u00a0webinar will put the spotlight\u00a0on a new management tool and associated methodologies: the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.scirocco-project.eu\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">SCIROCCO<\/a>\u00a0On-Line tool, which aims\u00a0to\u00a0assess\u00a0the readiness of an environment for Integrated Care.\u00a0During the\u00a0webinar, you will learn about the\u00a0<strong>on-line tool<\/strong>\u00a0itself, methodologies on\u00a0<strong>how to apply the tool<\/strong>, as well as the experience of some of the\u00a0<strong>30 European regions<\/strong>\u00a0who used the prototype of this tool.<\/p>\n<p>The webinar will take place on\u00a0<strong>Wednesday 18th April 2018, 10:00 &#8211;
