ICT4Life is an H2020, EU funded project. Its main goal is to provide new ICT services for the comprehensive care of people suffering Parkinson’s, Alzheimer’s and other dementias. Using easy to use ICT tools patients can increase their quality of life and extend their autonomy \u00a0at home. ICT4Life is also suitable to be used for monitoring health status of Parkinson\u2019s, Alzheimer\u2019s or other dementias patients \u00a0attending to day care centres, elderly homes or in hospital. 2018 is its third and final year of implementation.<\/p>\n

ICT4Life aims at increasing the quality of life and the autonomy of individuals with early or intermediate stage cognitive impairment at their own homes, nursing homes, day care centres and hospitals by providing proactive and patient centred care from caregivers and health professionals thanks to the help of user-friendly IT solutions. ICT4Life Platform is being developed to deliver a series of innovative services which will connect patients, caregivers and health professionals supporting them. ICT4Life radical innovations for integrated care is being implemented by means of an efficient and cost-effective ICT-based Health Service Platform which exploits the latest technological advances.<\/p>\n

The project consortium is now in the phase of collecting feedbacks to understand what health professionals, patients and their families perceive the technologies developed so far<\/strong>. These feedbacks are important to shape the exploitation strategy, that will ensure the sustainability of the technologies in real environment.<\/p>\n
