The event focuses on enhancing a structured cooperation across Member States to generate evidence for policy making that will support European health and social care systems to meet the challenges of a rapidly changing environment.<\/p>\n<p>The event is organised in collaboration with the EU-funded initiative,&nbsp;<strong>TO-REACH<\/strong>&nbsp;in which both the Finnish Institute for Health and Welfare (THL) and the Academy of Finland are partner institutes.
