In the scope of the EUHPP Thematic Network on ‘Profiling and Training the Healthcare Workforce of the Future<\/strong>‘, EHMA and Health First Europe<\/a>, co-leaders of the thematic network, are pleased to present our Joint Statement<\/a> on the topic. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

This Joint Statement provides insights into best practices in the health workforce education to be shared across borders and a set of concluding recommendations to inform and advise the European Commission and the EU Members States on health care workforce education, training, and planning for the future of care, identifying the necessary skill mix and the areas in which greater EU collaboration and best practice sharing are needed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

EHMA and Health First Europe thank the community of stakeholders who have contributed by presenting their case studies and best practices at the Thematic Network webinars, participating in the Thematic Network meetings, and providing input by filling out the survey, attending our events, and reviewing the final document. Your feedback and participation were essential in shaping the EUHPP Thematic Network\u2019s Final Statement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
